Murph Challenge 2022 Brought to you by UF and FTF

What is Murph?

It’s a workout we do annually, on or around Memorial Day.

The workout is as follows:

1 Mile Run

100 Pullups

200 Pushups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

(with a 20lb. vest or body armor) (optional)

The workout will also have a modified version; the Half Murph if you feel you are not able to complete the whole workout and still want to join.

 

Why do we do it?

We do this workout to pay a tribute to LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL) a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom.

 

Want to help support?

You can help by becoming a sponsor/athlete. Sponsors get the opportunity to be advertised by UF and FTF and the get the chance to have a display booth at the event. Athletes get the opportunity to participate in the workout and to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL).

May 28 from 9am – 3pm

At Gaines Co. Park

All proceeds go to LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.

There will be a raffle for a gun.

Athletes also get entered to win 1/3 prizes.
